Thanksgiving/Budpaest

Whitney and I had a lovely time with the family in Austin for thanksgiving. Got to catch the Horns demolition of A&M Thursday night but I guess it wasn't good enough to get us past Mobilehoma so we're heading to the Fiesta Bowl instead of the national Championship. Was hoping for a friendly wager with Alison and Biggy. Best of all is two teams we beat by double digits will be playing in the Big 12 championship. Awesome. That makes total sense.

Here are a couple of pics from the game, however.

Action!

Simple math.

In other news I'm off to Budapest for a week to shoot a spot. I'll be back next Tuesday. Should be some good pics from that one.

Hope everyone had a good thanksgiving.

It rocks so far. Aside from the rain and the sun going down at like 3:30. Pics and movies and stuff to come.

I totally feel your pain. I'll be pulling for Mizzou tomorrow in hopes that it gets Texas into the championship game.

the square and the bridge over the danube with the lions who are missing their tongues and the walk along the danube itself are so incredible. their parliament building is one of the greatest pieces of architecture i've ever seen.

too bad you're not a smoker--their cigarettes are only 1.30 a pack. and they have the best lucky strikes you've ever tasted.

up near the citadel--on your hike up--they were excavating parts of an ancient city that was buried beneath their city. that was 10 years ago, so they might have made some pretty sweet progress by now.

i also know how to say:

water with no bubbles
yes
no
shut up
thank you
hello

and

i have diarrhea

just in case you might need to know those things.
